Pricing & Cost
How much does a website cost? expand_more
Our websites start at $300 for a
Foundation single-page site — great for businesses that just need to establish a credible online presence.
Most local businesses choose the $500 Growth Engine
for a full multi-page site with local SEO and analytics. Custom and e-commerce builds start at
$1,000. Each plan includes a small monthly retainer ($30, $50, or $80) for maintenance and 25 monthly updates. No hidden fees.
Are there any recurring costs? expand_more
Yes. To ensure your site stays fast, secure, and up-to-date, we include a monthly retainer:
$30/mo (Foundation), $50/mo (Growth Engine), or $80/mo (Custom).
This covers premium high-speed hosting, SSL security, daily backups, and up to 25 content revisions every month. We don't lock you into long-term contracts — it's month-to-month.
Can I negotiate the price or payment terms? expand_more
Our prices are already set to be fair — not padded for negotiation room. That said, if your
situation is unique, reach out and we'll have an honest conversation. We'd rather find a way to
work together than lose a good client over a rigid structure.
The Texas Handshake Guarantee
What exactly is the Texas Handshake Guarantee? expand_more
Simple: we build your website first, you see it for real — on a staging link, fully functional —
and you only pay when you're 100% thrilled with the result. If you aren't happy after revisions,
you walk away owing nothing. No deposits. No contracts. No small print.
Is there a limit to how many revisions I can request? expand_more
During the build phase, we include up to 5 design revisions and 15 content revisions to ensure the foundation is perfect. Once your site is live, your monthly retainer includes 25 content revisions per month. We want your site to grow with your business without you worrying about extra fees for every minor change.
Has anyone ever actually invoked the guarantee? expand_more
Honestly? We're a new business and every project we've taken on has ended with a happy client.
But the guarantee isn't a marketing trick — it's a real commitment. We offer it because we're
confident in the work. If something went wrong, we'd honor it without question.
Process & Timeline
How long does it take to build my website? expand_more
Foundation (single-page) sites typically launch in 5-7 business
days. Growth Engine (multi-page) sites usually take 2-3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Complex custom builds
vary. We'll give you a specific timeline after the discovery call — and we stick to it.
How much do I need to be involved during the project? expand_more
Minimal. The main thing we need from you is a conversation upfront — your goals, your customers,
your preferences. From there, we handle the research, writing, design, and build. We'll check in
at key milestones and when we need your feedback. You're never going dark for weeks wondering
what's happening.
Can I see my site before it goes live? expand_more
Always. You'll get a private staging link to review a fully functional version of your site.
Your customers never see a half-finished build. We flip the switch to live only when you give
the green light.
After Launch
What happens if I need updates after launch? expand_more
Every one of our plans includes a monthly retainer that covers up to 25 content revisions per month. Whether you need to update a phone number, swap a photo, or add a new testimonial, just let us know. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on your business. Major structural or feature additions are quoted separately at a fair rate.
Who owns the website when it's done? expand_more
You do. 100%. All code, all content, all assets belong to you the moment you pay for the
project. We don't use proprietary page builders or lock you into platforms you can't access
without us. Take your site anywhere, any time.
Will my site show up on Google after launch? expand_more
Every site we build includes baseline local SEO — page titles, meta descriptions, Google Search
Console submission, and sitemap. Google can typically take 1-4 weeks to fully index a new site.
Growth Engine and Dominator plans include more aggressive local SEO targeting, which can
accelerate visibility significantly.
Working With Us
Do you serve businesses outside of Texas? expand_more
Yes. We're Texas-focused — Waco, Temple, Killeen, and the surrounding areas are our home market — but we
work with businesses beyond Texas when it's a good fit. The process is fully remote-friendly,
and we've built sites for businesses well outside our zip code. If you're running a legitimate
operation and need a professional web presence, reach out.
Can you improve my existing website instead of starting fresh? expand_more
Absolutely. We'll audit your current site and tell you honestly what's holding it back — and
whether that means a targeted refresh or a full rebuild. We'll always recommend the most
cost-effective approach, not the most profitable one for us.
Do I need to provide photos or content? expand_more
Not necessarily. If you have photos and a logo, we'll use them. If you don't, we have approaches
and resources to fill the gaps. We also handle copywriting — we write your website copy as part
of the project, not as an expensive add-on.
